St Petersburg, Russia, on 28-29-30 May 2010 will celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the War and Peace Ball, a unique landmark event in the cultural history of Russia.


The Constantine Palace at Strelna (the former summer residence of Russian tsars, but now the residence of Russian President) will host this magnificent event. Inspired by the famous ball which took place on English Embankment in St. Petersburg in 1810, described in the novel, War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy, the War and Peace Ball will celebrate both its 20th and 200th anniversaries together!

Visit to palaces of St. Petersburg.
Grand dinner at one of the best hotels of St. Petersburg and master class of 19th century ballroom dances given by an expert choreographer.
Guests will sail along the Neva River through the Gulf of Finland to Constantine Palace at Strelna.
